Acceptance of Terms: By accessing the Taja Trip website and using its services, you acknowledge your full agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
القبول بالشروط: بمجرد وصولك إلى موقع تاجا تريب واستخدام خدماته، فإنك تقر بموافقتك الكاملة على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام
Nature of Service: Taja Trip acts as a travel agent (intermediary) between you and service providers. We do not own or operate these services
طبيعة الخدمة: تعمل “تاجا تريب” كوكيل سفر (وسيط) بينك وبين مزودي الخدمات. نحن لسنا المالكين أو المشغلين الفعليين لهذه الخدمات
Accuracy of Information: All travel offers and prices are subject to change and availability until the booking is confirmed and paid in full
دقة المعلومات: جميع عروض السفر والأسعار تخضع للتغيير والتوافر حتى يتم تأكيد الحجز نهائياً وسداد القيمة كاملة
Pricing and Payment: A booking is not confirmed until full payment is received and an official confirmation email is sent by us
الأسعار والدفع: لا يعتبر الحجز مؤكداً إلا بعد سداد المبلغ كاملاً واستلام رسالة تأكيد رسمية منا عبر البريد الإلكتروني
Cancellations & Refunds: All cancellations are subject to the provider’s policies (Airlines/Hotels). Taja Trip may charge additional service fees
الإلغاء والاسترداد: تخضع عمليات الإلغاء لسياسات مزود الخدمة (الطيران/الفنادق). قد تفرض تاجا تريب رسوماً إدارية إضافية
Travel Documents: The user is solely responsible for the validity of passports, visas, and health requirements for the destination
وثائق السفر: المستخدم مسؤول وحده عن صحة وجوازات السفر والتأشيرات والمتطلبات الصحية للوجهة المقصودة.
Limitation of Liability: The company is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)
حدود المسؤولية: لا تتحمل الشركة المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تأخيرات ناتجة عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (القوة القاهرة)
Intellectual Property: The “Taja Trip” trademark and website content are exclusive property protected by intellectual property laws
الملكية الفكرية: العلامة التجارية “تاجا تريب” ومحتويات الموقع ملكية حصرية ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan, and Khartoum courts shall have jurisdiction
القانون والقضاء: تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية السودان، وينعقد الاختصاص القضائي لمحاكم الخرطوم
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
استقلالية البنود: إذا اعُتبر أي بند غير قانوني، تظل باقي البنود سارية المفعول وبكامل أثرها القانوني
